Echo, Glad to see you have put together this deal!
.
What kind of split are we talking here? How much of the new merged enterprise will be owned by the old ECC shareholders and how much will be owned by the existing TMm shareholders?
.
What is the "worth" of ECC? I've seen the number $12M mentioned for equipment... encumbered with how much debt?
.
Colin

Hey Tom, got gas? ha ha
Well, this certainly is an interesting twist.
I'm sure you will get all the questions from the rest of the masses. Looking forward to seeing exactly what this deal entails, and then of course what your plans are for the future. How's Dave doing? \and how few shares will jp end up with when all is said and done? ha ha

Tom, I didn't mean to imply that the deal was bad, just that the release brought on more questions than answers. I'm excited to hear more about the technology the acquisition brings to TMMI and any details on the business plans and projections for the product. Please provide us an update on Dave's status when you get a chance, most other questions can wait. Give him our best. KHY
