Hello all,

Quick question for the bulls:

Osicom is spinning off its Net+Arm division sometime in the medium term future because they think the spin-off will add value to the firm and they need the cash. This IPO/Spin-Off stuff takes mucho time and a decent amount of cash to underwriters to fight through the red tape.

If 4 large Gigamux evaluators are in phase 3 testing (max. 6 month time limit, but many have been in phase 3 for a while), shouldn't Osicom expect a large order before this IPO is completed? A large order would definitely be a large cash infusion, enough to sustain Osicom for a long while until they get more large orders. It would also solve their valuation problems because people would think FIBR was the real thing.

So, if the valuation and cash problem should be solved in the next few months from a phase 3 Gigamux evaluator, why are they spinning off the Net+Arm division and thereby diluting their ownership of the division? Am I the only one confused here?

Thanks,

Grant
