As far as fraud goes,

I did take another peak at the release, and it did say OTC-BB.... Not Nasdaq.. I think that is the proof in the pudding that this report was done for damage. How in the heck would Mr. Arsenio make that kind of mistake in a report that is yelling FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD?
