With a few exceptions I try buy stocks as close to their recent lows as possible. I'm looking for value and potential in the penny stocks I buy. I have painfully learned not to chase stocks up because you never know when they will top out. Even DGIV, which is now trading for $6.00, I only bought in the early stages below $.60. Personally I can't understand why anyone would pay for an INFE at $5.00 after it recently traded for $.12 or ICVE at $1.50 after it recently traded for $.20. With PKGP the low was $.035 or so. We're almost double that now but still very close to its historical low, so according to my buying philosophy its not a bad buy.
