Well if that's the case, then what is there to fear? It's not like they have done very well by AXXS now have they.

Edited yet again: To all interested. My company will be opening 2 new stock sites.

"StockMarketChat.com"
Featuring a live chatsite, message boards, audio, video.
Haglers will be booted. True opposing questions is fine.

"PennyPicks.com"
This site will support true solid stocks like ICVI/ME.

I have the resources to promote these sites and will do so.

I mention this to combat the dirty "stockdetective" sites of the internet.

The sites are not live, but will be activated in 2-3 days and up and running in 3-4 weeks.

I was looking more critically at the article at the Stock Detective site now that the outburst of personal attacks has subsided.

Mountain Energy claims ownership of coal and gas reserves conservatively valued - according to them - at more than $200 million, tucked away in previously inaccessible sites in the West Virginia hills.

That really is a good question. That should be looked into. If these resources are expensive to get at it may cost a great deal to get at them. The more it costs the less that is there for profit. Do you suppose they can really get at this stuff profitably?

weak fundamentals that don't support what the company plans to do.

This seems to be compounded by the later statement: it's non-reporting with the SEC. It is probably way too much to expect audited financials here isn't it?

There are 70 million shares of ICVI outstanding, 50 million of which were issued as restricted shares for the purchase of Mountain Energy. Who controls the other 20 million shares depends on whom you talk to. According to Joe Gort, shareholders in the original shell control about 5 million shares. According to George Guttman, the shell owners control all 20 million remaining shares.

That is one that needs clearing up. Which one of those guys is speaking for the company then?
