<<Do you know if they plan on exercising their option to increase channel capacity after CD Radio did and how will it effect the launch dates if they do?>>

I believe they will exercise it to compete head to head with CDRD, but I do not know that for a fact.

<<Also, when does SKYC and AMRC plan to split?>>

I was not told when, but that it was going to be split as some point. We may hear more on this later this year.

<<SKYC owns 28% of AMRC, do you know if SKYC plans on selling it's stake in AMRC, for the money or do you anticipate them riding it out? thanks>>

My impression was that they were considering selling its stake in AMRC, but since business operates in a constantly changing environment, I'm not sure if they are exactly sure what they will do.

It was mentioned to me that they could potentially use that AMRC money to pay off debt. Also, it is SKYC's intention to stay focused on its core business, wireless communcations.

My personal expectation is that they will at one point sell their interest in AMRC in the next two year, but that is just my guess.

I hope this helps !

Regarding CDRD, I'm still thinking about what the CEO of SKYC said about CDRD and the liklihood of it meeting its business plan objectives. If it does, CDRD could do really well. I might, at some point, buy some CDRD, too.

SKYC: $ 11.63b $ 11.88a
CDRD: $ 38.00b $ 38.25a
