Addi: First, the 10Q has been filed: edgar-online.com You neglect to mention that I used, in addition to "listening" and "says", the most important word of all "examined." The day I listen to what anyone says without examining the soundness and veracity of the things being listened to and being said is the day I give it up and let JL run everything again....without a fight. But, I certainly agree, "Action" is needed. However, to put the Management of little old Airstar in the category of the S.S., S.A., Gestapo or the N.S.D.A.P. itself is "hyperbole" with a capital "H." The 10K is going to be filed. I understand it is going to be a "bombshell" and will spell out in detail Joe Lanza's relationship to Xecom/Airstar from beginning to the end. The questions you have been asking for so long Addi are going to be revealed. Along with an "announcement" of legal action by the company against JL. Then the fat will be in fire I guess. For no other reason than this, shareholders should call the company. Frankly, I was hoping all these issues could have been resolved without this. Knowing JL, this was a forlorn hope at best. By the way, you of course know the characters are the cast of the Joe and Jayne Show and in many instances are in fact Joe and/or Jayne. Addi, You blast management for not producing the 10-Q. It was produced TWO WEEKS AGO. Such lapses only add to the BS on this thread. Just my opinion. TJS

Addi: TEN $@#%$##%##$%# CENTS: SEEING IS BELIEVING. The BOD has got to go. On their own, the TEN @#$@#%@##$ CENT is inept, with JL et al in the mix, TEN %#$$%#%# CENTS is SPINELESS. GIVE US THE SHAREHOLDERS MEET. You write: Your logic of listening to what these guys say and then judge is similar to having the "innocent until proven guilty" mentality with those in the Hitler's regime who are still alive and living well and who expect to be judged based on listening to their stories and what they have to say! I suppose one can do so, but I am not sure one can truly keep a straight face while listening to them and believe them!!
