I E-mailed the chairman with that question, and here is his reply, "As you know, we are a non-reporting company. However, we are having our '97 year audited now (ended 12/31). The accountants should have that completed within a few weeks. Almost simultaneously, they will be doing a compilation of the first six months of '98 (ending 6/30). We'll definitely be sending it out to those who have submitted forms".
Can anyone explain what a "non-reporting company" is?
