Just came across this stock a few days ago while searching for an e-commerce investment.

Can anyone tell me if the float is really 1.5 w/ 4 oustanding(Yahoo)?

Why did the price take such a hit from 15 to current levels?

Looks like a real good long-term stock with small float and revenue.

Here is the latest activity of insider trading which indicates was not
out of line:
Shares sold:18250 Value:$63875 P/Share:$3.50Date:May 1998
The rest of the sales were for 1997.Today most of the trades took place above 2 3/16.For an hour and a half there was not trading because there was not stock at the bid price.This is a good sign.Price will move up.
