Cash per share is about $0.65, so I would think the stock isn't too likely to go below a dollar.

The balance sheet is simple, consisting almost entirely of cash. In fact there is over two years worth of cash burn, so going out of business soon isn't plausible.

On the income statement, it's fascinating to see that R&D was a mere $50 k per quarter a year ago. It's up to $250 k per quarter now, although that is still a lot less than General and Administrative -- not a good indication for a development stage co.
