From today's news release.......that cost another $600 or so dollars to send out on the Business Wire.

"We feel it's important not only to give back to the community, but teach students important Internet skills they will need in the 21st century.''

That is all fine and dandy with a company that has revenues and gross profits, but I think the shareholders should be first in line, and not these FREE giveaways.

I wonder who's relative works for this school.

Ednet is an interesting beast. After getting past the initial hard look, it was determined that it was better than nothing. Now time has told us that it might have been a good buy after all.

Again I want to point out the worthiness of the today's news release. You have to look past the "good to the community" aspect, and see the underlining continuance of the company's path. If you or I were drowning in a sea a red ink, we would find it hard to come up with money to give away. Some people would do it regardless of the financial position, others would not. But this is a public company that is responsible to the shareholders. The past history of the company run by Custer is a clear indication that the line of thinking just does not match what is in the best interests of the owners. People like me. They have given away millions of our money to several people and organizations. It is ALL FREE money to the people that have gotten it from them. When does it stop when the well is bone dry. Millions have been wasted and millions will be wasted again. Some outside companies used CM as a guinea pigs along with CM's money and precious time to bolster their own technical so-called-expertise.
