Dear S: In answer to my own question it looks like it is Newbridge. It appears that ATM is being adopted over IP as the core technology for most of the big players with MCI's latest announcement to do it in IP being a notable and significant exception. Does ORCTF's technology have a bias either toward IP or ATM protocols? This seems to be the the fundamental debate being waged in telephony at the moment. IP vs.ATM.

Is it possible that ORCTF makes the ADSL silicon for Newbridge?
