Graham, What post got him suspended and how do you know that DES was suspended? It doesn't look like Trenzich was though because I just read a post of his before yours. Personally, I believe you are very WRONG on the price of ACRI stock following the split--It will climb not decline! If TVL gets anywhere near $3 by August, I will be amazed. But, good luck to one and all. Pate

G, So DES was suspended, interesting, are you sure he just hasn't bailed out? In either I case i'm sure i had nothing to do with the Guru's decision. I see your analytical abilities are still in tack. I of course can assume you were suspended as well, that would have been the only way suspending DES would make any sense. He did not personally attack you in any way. So tell us, if you are predicting a crash for ACRI have you shorted it yet? tell us the truth. And for TVL 3 by August, what, that will get you back to March, sorry that won't happen either. Can you tell us how much TVL you have bought in the last 2 months? So with 2 days left to take orders, and all the news out does someone want to venture why so few shares are trading and at such a "high" price. Do you still think it is the "bankers" or the Toronto exchange. My guess is it is the risk factors and the fundamentals of the deal, or maybe the story is just not compelling. tz ps.
