TK,

I'm sure Fla. would be excellent for expansion if for no other reason than demographics. However, if this is possible (and the fact that it was mentioned means it must be) then something must have changed recently since the following statement is taken from the 10K:

"the company lost the ability to operate bingo centers in the state of Florida as part of its settlement with the state of Florida"

This was taken from the section re: legal proceedings.

Gary

Tod-- One of the other companies that I have an interest in,North American Gaming (NRAG), has three Charitable Bingo Halls on the west coast of Florida in Bradenton and other cities. George Zilba the owner has been involved in the Charitable Bingo business for over 30 years. He is now involved in other endeavors (Winner Take ALL) an electronic Bingo game that runs with no labor involved, and there is a winner ever 30 seconds. He has indicated that he would like to get out of the three Bingo halls if the other businesses take off as expected. He at one time told me he had met the people from BINGO, I think he was talking to Wilson.

As an interesting aside ,he told me that the reason he wanted to get away from Charitable Bingo, was that the various states were putting into place more restrictions against outside interests coming in to their states and running Charitable Bingo. He claims that the states are ok with the local charities running their Bingo games, but that they get their nose out of joint when outside people come in to get a piece of the action. A little bit like what happened in MISS. when we went to purchase from BING. Maybe there is an opportunity, since you are correct about the amount of older people here.

***Interactive Multi-Player Live On-line Bingo***
GLOW is expected to become fully reporting in mid July. Here are some Press Releases:

biz.yahoo.com

The .25-.33 eps is from only two of several parts of the company. Projections for FY1998(ending March 31, 1998) are in the .45-.60 range.

Global Games(OTC BB: GLOW) is currently very undervalued and could easily reach and pass $7.50 in the next 6-12 months, however it may see substantial gains in the short term as well.

This is of course my DD and all should conduct their own DD and invest as they feel appropritely.
Good Luck!
