IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ Folks, we have warned you to expect a dirty tricks campaign against us, and now we see just how low some of these people will go. I have confirmed that there is a group of individuals who have been calling these companies saying they are part of "Macker's Group," or are "Macker's Boys," and have been trying to pry information from the CEOs, from PR departments, or from anyone they can reach. If they get anything, they leak it in order to make Macker look bad. If they get nothing, they warn the company that Macker is a shorter and that they are going to "bring him down." They used this tactic this weekend when Macker was out of town, playing in a basketball tournament in Indianapolis. I mentioned that on the thread, and it looks like they used this as an excuse to call the companies and tell them that Macker was out of town for the weekend, that they were acting on his behalf. The company has the names and phone numbers of these individuals,and this is a very serious case of slander and possibly other criminal violations. My advice to all is to not be concerned, and to let the companies deal with this sort of thing. As you all know, there is no such thing as a "Macker's Group," and Macker has only been on these boards since the third week of April. He only got on the internet the first week of April, and I can vouch for having to explain to him over the phone even how to do a cut and paste. And yet these individuals are claiming that Macker has been doing this for a long time, that he is shorting their stock. etc. Folks, if there is one thing we have learned here, besides how to evaluate a company and do DD, it is that there is a lot of good in people, but there is also a lot of evil in the world. I still believe with my whole heart that people are basically good, but we all allow the evil in th world to sometimes penetetrate into our actions. But there comes a point in which our bad actions cross the line between immature and criminal behavior. This is one of those cases, and again I urge you to leave the prosecution of this to the companies themselves, they have the individual's names and numbers. One last thing. I have never met Macker, but consider him one of my closest of friends. I speak to him daily. He has a heart of gold, and there is no reason for him to help us like he does other than his good heart and his personal religious beliefs. He is very strong, but as his profile says, he does not claim that strength to himself. However, I have noted in my recent telephone converstaions that he is growing weary with all of the attacks and slander against him. I would ask that you provide him your support, and most importantly, your prayers, from whatever faith you espouse.

Macker: I don't post often, but as a fellow IU alum I stand with you on all three stocks and appreciate and support you. We have never spoken or written privately, yet I, too, consider you a friend for sharing so unselfishly. Your presence has a calming effect amid the chaos others try to instill. DESPERATE PEOPLE WILL DO DESPERATE THINGS! We should be able to "see" from these developments that the shorts are getting DESPERATE. They are in trouble and THEY KNOW IT!!!! Folks, ask yourselves: would these naysayers/shorts go to this extreme (it may even be ILLEGAL/CRIMINAL conducts) if they are NOT desperate? Why are they desperate? The FUNDAMENTALS of DGIV are UNASSAILABLE so they have to resort to "dirty tricks" to create panic and confusion. Again, take advantage of the low price and BUY!!! The reasons the MMs are getting DESPERATE are the SAME REASONS why you should buy!!!!!!!
