Bob K - Thanks for your response. Another question I did not raise in my last post was "advance short selling" by the debenture holders in anticipation of the low stock conversion price of 1.50 or so. But I do not see evidence of "organized" short selling before it started downtrend to 1.75. Do not know how many market makers are dealing with this stock. As you point out, the debenture converters want MPEG to succeed in order for them to make a profit. However, the question of CEO's quick resignation is mysterious. Was he the wrong guy for the job or was the job wrong for his skills? Ram
