Barb --

The longs on this board are showing the classic symptoms of an addict's denial. They can't recognize that they made a wrong decision, that the company is hollow, so the problem must be the evil shorts.

I assume most of the longs were "sold" the stock, rather than "buying" it. I just can't imagine someone getting up in the morning and saying, "gee, I think I'll do a stock screen and try to find a company with no sales, a history of negative earnings, scanty prospects, management with a lousy track record and experience irrelevant to their current line of business, no real business plan, an IPO from an underwriter with major regulatory problems, and preferably one that's selling for 15x book!" But then, what do I know? Some of the longs may have some recourse against a cold caller or other shill who got them into this stock, but it's probably a long shot.

I'm genuinely sorry to see people lose their money on shaky investments like this, but it's clearly their own fault. The FDA approval letter is posted on the Web for anyone to see if they wanted to do any due diligence at all, and it makes it pretty clear that this is no revolutionary device (which maybe explains why they still don't have a partner nearly a year after approval -- even ZONA and BTIM have big-pharma partners for their purported products). However, if people are going to throw money at me, I guess I'll have to take it. For their own sakes, I hope some of the longs sit down to soberly reflect on their experience and take some learning for the future.

Regards,

CMason
