Thank you,I have McMillan book,also K.Trestors(2) Thomsett and Bittman.Have not read Schaffer book,and only just started McMillans book.
It almost seems that the more I read the the more ignorant I feel,is this natural?
Chart reading skills are almost non existent,is there somewhere that I can improve these without too much pain?
