Interesting article

The Death of Circuit Switching

"Voice traffic is growing at 3% per year, data is growing at 36%," he said. Not only will data overtake voice by 2000, Pearse said, but most of that traffic will be carried over the ubiquitous Internet Protocol. "This is it. This is the convergence we've been waiting for."

zbyslaw, good point: CSCO Ads and hype. Meanwhile i am patiently waiting for the next brown out; I don't care if it come from Sprint or US West as long as a NN competitors' equipment is used,gg

Z.O.,

As an investor, for the last couple of years, CSCO has been good to me (and many others). Your claim that NN is winning all the big SP's doesn't add up in one area: investor return.

See the following chart:http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/chart?s=nn+csco&pts=50&span=Weeks

What's the reason this stock is plunging ? If the market leader in the hottest networking sector is crumbling, maybe your facts are wrong. Maybe, ASND and CSCO are eating NN's lunch. Time to look in the mirror, pal. As an investor, I'd be p*ssed at TM, not CSCO's marketing department.

Cheers,

Peppe
