Gary, well finally we got the explaination why the difference in valuations of MIDLP, MIDLW and MIDL. Simply because shares were sold improperly into the open market (seems so). Now they will have to be bought back from there. See, as I thought - not the arbitragers to blame, their kin would have brought the valuations together not let them drift apart. It was a fraudulent CEO who can be viewed as the one having caused this disparity, not even the shorters as usual <g> I hope this will be unwound smoothly fast enough. Wonder how many shares will have to be bought back ? best regards CROSSY
