David, if the COO says it has already been submitted then you should expect to see it today. He did make some late changes so I would not be surprised if it takes a little later this morning to get printed to the wire. The important thing to remember is that when this company was 99% dead and in BK and Jean Pierre started this thread it was at 15 cents. If this merger story, with details, is as good as we think it is then many multiples of the current price are possible. FYI we will officially be out of bankruptcy on June 17.
