Frank, yeah. I know the '88 vs. '89 thing is no biggie. Here's another nonbiggie: Asensio writes "The Colormate III's principle components", LOL. No editorial staff for ple vs. pal?

What about the other 2 points I raised? Comments? Asensio mixes up the market for bilirubinometers with that of bilirubin monitoring. That's awfully stupid. Here it is again:

bilirubinometers to be less than $2.5 million per year. Chromatics' widely published claim that this
smallest of segments of the clinical laboratory instrument market is over 100 to 200 times its
actual size is absurd.>>

The only published claim by CCSI about market size pertains to the MONITORING market, and it is based on total billed expenditures. This is like comparing the amount charged each year for taking X-rays with the amount spent on X-ray machines.

You ought to look at the Asensio report carefully if you have time. It is incredibly sloppy.
