Lets just put it this way... Dan has issued free trading shares to himself or affiliates he has broke the law. So the company is basically voiding out his interest on what he has done. Now that mean Dan gets to go get an attorney and fight. However I understand the FBI is looking for him so he has to come back to Texas to file a suit to get his B stop removed. The rest he can do nothing about. also any restricted he sold as free trading is stop ... Everything he has done has been stop until verified and clarified by the board of directors. SO basically I am taking that it is. Will take a court of law to undo it GB
