Arnie, Eloquently spoken, when I was in Detroit they would explain the same as"bullshit & smoky jazzing" which is what our TMM leaders(?) seem so good at....should have offered themselves(TMM) to Scott or Monsanto, at least they could bag the bullshit and give away a "latest" version of elvis/trudef with each 40 pound bag...only if you mailed in the attached coupon to TMM.....JAJAJAJA, the joke being (only explained for the not so fast on this thread) that with the way TMM moves around the country, the US Mail would never catch up with them and they would never have to send out the free stuff !!!! Ha ha ha ....Ha! now I understand how the SHARK managed to find so much humor in TMM, Im slow , but I think I got IT....finally, Regards, Waldy

What kind of a company? By being acquired rather than have a contractual relationship for a needed service, they (1) dilute their future profits and (2) dilute their liabilities. We need to understand their real motivation before getting in bed with them. A garage operation (according to our friend in the shadows) with an alleged 12 - 15 million dollar (!?) facility would be heavily in debt. What do multimedia people know about the chances of success of an emissions product slated for the market a year from now? What do ECC lenders know that we should know? Most garage operations fail. TMMI does not have a good history with its bed partners. Any prospective partner along with its baggage should be examined thoroughly. And here we're talking about getting married!!
