I would say based on the low volume that is only about
200,000 shares per day, that it is summer selling for
cash. There have been a spate of margin calls recently.

I had to cover with a bank. Brokers don't like the
risk, negatively underscored by the popular, (uninformed
and surficial) press taking a negative view of the
timing, time and likelihoods of the affair. It is
cursory and unfair to the reality of the process, KRY's
efforts and the Supreme court. But it is realistically
financially fair with regards to the question of value
when non of us knows when the court will write.
(July? September?)

It is a risk and a long, long hold. Investors are
perplexed, and losing interest in holding particularly
with a low gold price and no clear change for this
condition in sight.

The price of gold is LOW.

Based on a discussion with Richard Marshall.

1. The Bloomberg report is wrong. The decision
is not imminent. This was retracted.

2. Atkinson is also guessing, the Saturday expiry
of 250,000 3.25 warrants will not affect the market.

3. The Canadian Banks DID cut all margin on KRY last
week due to the FP article detailing the money spent
by Crystallex on the court case.

4.The Supreme court is in session now. They have stopped
hearing all briefs and submissions. They have reached
a decision. They have said they will issue it soon.
I would GUESS it will be sometime in July. If not it will
be sometime in late September.

5. The MEM was erroneous when it averred that Dot de Lemon
had revoked her power of attorney to her lawyers to dispose
of the claims LC 4 and 6. It was never revoked by law. No
legal document states otherwise.

6. Based on the above and the weak summer market and
the low price of gold and a possible Asensio attack
(he is involved in dropping another stock right now),
I would buy more Crystallex, especially on any weakness.
