Re. Considering the loss of the most impressive person on their management team, the odds of completing a financing just got much lower.

I would think that Burke and the company would stand to gain if he had stayed in and used his "influence" to secure funding. Instead, he quits citing the lack of funding. Something is missing. Wish MPEG clarifies the situation. Ram
