Well I did not know any other way to explain it ... I am a poet and I try to relate things of a complex into words or terms that anyone can understand the concept. Also the news release is under the common stock ticker ,,, NOT under the MIDLP or MIDLW so if someone is selling stock they may not know the news is out. BOY are they going to get a real surprise when they try to transfer the certificates. LOL ... Bet Dan is screaming lawsuit left and right. Well I say come on back to Texas and sue the company. I would love that. I feel much better this morning about the split since I know if I buy I get the split till xdate is announced and the shares are in my account. hope I offended no one with my little simple explaination / comparison /clarification GB
