Have to agree there, this IS strange. But, I still believe them. Why? Because it all makes sense. Fraud on the part of Fisher explains why the T.A. would have appeared to have his head inserted into the posterior region last week. It would make sense, that in an attempt to defraud, Fisher may have gotten nervous and hurried, which would explain the inconsistent answers various shareholders were given by him. Additionally, depending on his state of mind at the time of the act, it would also make sense that his approach of the stock structure and any changes to it would change rapidly, to suit his deception. Obviously, we cannot go into the portals of the man's mind at the time, but it could be safely said that a criminal who is about to be caught is usually a nervous criminal, and a nervous criminal is rarely a smart criminal. Bottom line, the guy just wasn't a very good crook. Maybe I am grasping at straws here, but I truly feel the DF-144 is the true star of this show. While issues such as shares, float, etc. DO contain conflicts in reports, there have been no real valid challanges to the DF-144 itself, at least none that have been substantiated. I am confident in Spriggs' ability to run the company, and to market the product. He has been involved, from my understanding, in the development of DF-144 since the very beginning. If that is the case, he probably has a vested personal interest in seeing it succeed. There is no greater motivation in carrying something thru than the personal sweat and effort in beginning it. (If that makes any sense) Bottom line is, it all makes sense to me. The story seems to jive. Just my opinion, :-) Binder
