FredE,

I would call the bank president. Let him/her know what is going on.

Also, tell him/her what you doctor said about....extreme emotional distress, whiplash, impotence....viagra will not cure...only a very very large stack of greenbacks will work.

Hey....let him/her know...if the problem is not resolved...he will be buying your new summer home.

Regards,
Larry

PS: Be sure and drop the name of your lawyer...Cochran or something like that...

Never been harassed by a bank. I once threatened a mortgage company that I would write the State of NJ's office on bank regulation.

A trick I learned from a brother who was a GM @ NY Life. He said whenever the State Regulatory Agencies notified him, he dropped everything and fixed the problem. I used it twice in insurance cases. Worked like a charm, both times.

The mortgage company fixed the problem, just on my threat to contact the State.
