With rare exception, posters here are doing little more than rehashing the same differences of opinion (borrrrriiiinnng!) and attacking each other personally. Geez! The real issue at this moment is when CCSI is going to produce its rebuttal, which certainly should have been done prior to market opening. Considering that Chromatics has been under attack by the shorts for some obvious time now, you'd think they'd have prepared rough statements at least against the possibility that a detailed formal one might one day be needed. Meanwhile, the company is demonstrating the reflexes of driveway asphalt.

Anyone have any hints about what's going on that goes beyond the word "shortly"? And for any traders who may be interested, I sold my low 5's buy from yesterday in the 6's when the stock started to slip. Then when it got creamed in a few eye blinks, I bought back in the low 5's again, figuring that when CCSI stops playing the tortoise, it may yet win the race. . . or at least send the stock to the 7's.

Today's WSJ article makes Asensio look pretty suspect, it seems to me. And if CCSI can smartly follow up (today!) and call the WSJ reporter, there could be another article tomorrow that places a smiley face on the company. Send out a missing persons alert for the vaunted Hill & Knowlton.
