Sprauge is one of the directors. Not involved in the day
to day business. He is paid $ 10,000.00 a month just to get
his name in the BOD roster. It is common practice of a lot
of companies to get pretigious people to join their board.Of
course considering his background, he can offer insights
and function as a consultant, but primarily- his name. I was
surprised he agreed..................

Who knows... he might just resign too...
