this guy may indeed be ignorant about the wavemeter, but his article had nothing to do with premium content. he was talking about encrypting personal written (typed) communication and files on your own hard drive for storage. there is no need for wavemeter, here, though it certainly wouldn't hurt. you need a wavemeter to be able to securely decrypt large amounts of premium content AFTER PAYING FOR IT. i don't think Kremlin is trying to solve this problem. and the killer app he was talking about is probably PGP or s/MIME-enabled mailers. these are commonplace. his point is that to read Kremlin-encrypted content, you need the Kremlin decrypter.... a valid point.
