Rich, Good point and good follow-up. Looks like that other post was " Staged " Some of the most deleterious remarks are made by omission. Lazarre

Dixie, I'm well aware of the other news release which states "...After the acquisition, Mountain Energy will become the controlling shareholder in ICCI. The existing officers and directors of ICCI will resign and be replaced the current officers and directors of Mountain Energy." - and it had me going for a while. However, Gort's still there and I believe, with Gort still on staff, that he and Uselton are in cahoots and the ME deal is scam. Anyhow, that's my feeling on this matter, you need not agree. Maybe I'm wrong, but past experience gives me this impression. _____________________________________ Marc Stager
