This is the section for you to write in the name of a candidate. Even though it only says to write the number. That being said, there has been an effort amoung brokers to write in the name of Larry Ruben. He is a large shareholder who we feel has the business sense to contribute to this board in a positive way. He will also be a representative of the shareholders by airing our concerns. It is my opinion that the current board has neither looked out for the shareholders nor have they operated the company with much business saavy. Our goal is to get a large block of votes for Mr. Ruben. I have been told that the company is under no legal obligation to include our selection. However, they should and will have to listen if we generate enough votes. I have read through some of your posts and I would tend to believe that we are all after the same thing. Let's make this company accountable for what they are doing. The best way to accomplish that is to get a representative on that board. I urge you to vote for Mr. Ruben.
