oh but shadow, the price will be more like .01 on news of a reverse split. that makes management's shares worth 1.50 or is my math bad? Then no one will buy management's shares post split because they see how shareholders of this company are treated, so management watches share price fall to .20 but they still ahead. WHere does that put shareholder's stock price relatively pre split? .000075 ?
