all i know is that this stock is depressing me.. trying to be positive but with the looong slide down, it's hard...

On a relative basis the stock is doing well today - up 5/16. Hopefully we've seen the bottom for this stock. With its low PE ratio, its fundamentals always looked good - almost incredibly cheap; now maybe its technicals are improving.
