Hey Jim,

Been a while since I've posted here, still have my little bit of
NMBS. What a crappy takeover bid, even given that NMBS was trading
around 10 before the past couple days, almost no premium there.

Looks like they did a pretty lousy job of keeping this one a
secret.

Thanks for all of your contributions to the thread, this one
has certainly been a learning experience.

What the @@@@!!!! $11.50 ????it does not make any sense. To be bought out....this is nothing new now a days. BUT 11.50 cash
however it all depends who the buyer is.
Now, when in a cash deal are the stockholders paid off in cash? we would not receive shares from the buyer's Co, providing it is a Co which is public.?
In all my investing years I never have had this kind of deal.
You just never know what lurks around the next corner.
