Yup, that's the thing with a heavily diluted stock. If the outstanding share number was 20M instead of 614M, a volume of 500,000 to a Million shares trading would be significant.

If you want a realistic indicator of things, use a company that has 20M shares outstanding, which is @4% of the share qty size of IDID.

OK, now take that 1,000,000 share trading day that IDID may be having today...what's 4% of that?...40,000 shares. Ho hum.

I think I used this analogy before, It takes much more fuel to move a rocket the same distance a VW Beetle would travel. It's gonna take lots of volume to do something for this puppy. (remember May 96?)

Comparator has burdened itself with excessive dilution. That is the product of the company using shares to pay outstanding bills over the late 80's and 90's. The chickens have come home to roost.

I would suppose that the share dilution issue will be addressed somewhere down the road when the company has successfully established some type of stable revenue stream.

But first things first.

Regards,
Larry
