did some follow-up. talked to mike millis at csma about these large epa cases (MOBIL and TEXACO - although when i was talking to him i said EXXON instead of TEXACO - mental lapse). it is my understanding from that conversation that some of these cases could indeed make use of the Envirotec facilities. the specification is far too technical for me to care about, but basically each case would need to be considered on its own merits (or demerits in these cases!). so, i'll keep digging just to see what kind of epa activities are going on in Utah. when the initial contracts get announced we'll have a better idea of which ones may fit. and in the future, i'll preface the post with some kind of tag (i.e. EPA ACTION) so that those that want to skip over them can. gary
