John Rizzo, I'm sure that I'm not the only shareholder happy to know that the company is following through with its share buyback announcement. Could you, or anyone else on the thread, inform us as to what the status of those shares will be? Will they reduce the number of shares outstanding, the float, or will they be added to the pool of shares held by insiders? If the latter, will they be under the same or different restrictions?
