well look at it this way .. IF and I say IF Dan convinced the board of the split and he had intentions of doing that to set up a fraud then all he has done is give the shareholders one heck of an opportunity to get free shares. The company is doing the split but because Dan messed up with his paperwork to the TA and CUSIP and NASDAQ we are going to capitalize on that slackness and then getting caught prematurely is just throwing salt on the wound. I can hear him not screaming this is not fair. GB
