If I owned a gas/oil/coal co. which had just gone public via acquiring a shell, I would be very happy to see the stock come back down to .40 something cents so as to be able to buy a bunch on the open market cheap before any big news hits. I would do it via offshore accnts. If I did release news before buying as much as I wanted, I would water down the info. Then later - I would change my pr posture from one of understatement to one of genuine enthusiasm and watch the stock rise to it's true value - but thats just what I would do If I owned a new energy co.

Yes, but only I hold about a fourth of what I started with.

Sold most at slightly over $1.00 (in at .125 average)when
I started to see a down-trend.

The rest is a crapshoot. Who knows, I may be wrong.

I blow the rest out if the bid goes below .40 - still
a 300 % + win.

BTW I'm in hot and heavy with MDMI - a company worthy of respect.
