I realize that about the tailings. What about the 100 million tons of waste rock that has to be stripped off and the ongoing waste while mining? Sulphide bearing rock?

You can't compare this to Ruttan with respect to grades. The WTC deposit has a copper zone and a zinc zone that can't be mined at the same time. The combined grade may be similar but the grade and ore type through the mill is going to be quite different.
