But I think we all know the truth that ECGOF was instrumental in bringing this deal to consumation.

I believe ECGOF's version.

Btw, I see that the 30 minute chart reflects a tightening of Bollinger Band formation. Suggestive of a strong close today. Bid size is also growing.

Jim,
To understand the two press releases, you've got to understand that at one time this contract was to be entirely completed by DBCO's Davie Industries. However, DBCO did not have the financing and may have had insufficient facilities to finish the project - so was seriously in jeopardy of losing the contract.

The needed Eco, but it looks like Eco required 51% of the contract and will probably provide most of the specialty fabrication through MM Industra.

Anyway, DBCO wasn't likely to announce that the contract that they once had is now only 49% theirs. 49% is a lot better than none though.
