Lucky for the Brazilians, as they seemed to have played uninspired and quite complacent towards the end, apparently content with the one goal advantage.

Scotland played as uninspired as well, having a number of opportunities towards the end (a free kick comes to mind with about 2 minutes left or so).

The Scotts did not have the fire (or skill), to take advantage of the Brazilian's complacency of the last 15 minutes.

I have never seen Brazil played like that before, they reminded me of the Mexican team of previous cups, aptly nicked named, "Los Ratoncitos" (The little mice). by a newspaper sport columnist in Mexico City, highly critical (and caustic), of the mini-superheroes of Mexican Soccer.

Too much "I pass it to you, you pass it to me" etc. etc. Soccer games are won by striking forward, to rely on the mistakes of the defenders of the opponent, will not give you the Cup.

If Brazil is to win this cup, they must change the strategy, as the Italians, Germans or any other team with a little hunger for victory and fair skill, would eat them up in no time.

Ok, next we will see how the Norwegians will do -vs- the Moroccan team.
