I've been reading on the Yahoo thread that ULBI is seeking to increase the number of authorized shares from 12 million to 20 million at a meeting on June 25. The posters there believe it is some sort of sweetheart deal for management. I can't comment on that since I haven't seen the meeting notice. It does sound a little like something IMG would do, though. Oh, that's right, half of ULBI's management and board are made up of former IMG people. :-)
