BTW, they have started filing SEC docs; the current list is: Company name Form Type Date Filed HAVANA REPUBLIC INC/FL 10QSB/A (05/20/1998) HAVANA REPUBLIC INC/FL SB-2/A (02/13/1998) HAVANA REPUBLIC INC/FL SB-2/A (02/12/1998) HAVANA REPUBLIC INC/FL SB-2/A (01/14/1998) HAVANA REPUBLIC INC/FL SB-2 (11/21/1997) Also, I guess I did listen to Lebed (at least inadvertantly). I had been following this stock for a while and finally bought in about 2 weeks ago. When I saw the email from PSI with HVAR on it I knew there would probably be a spike (though I didn't expect that high) -- sold out during the mad buying and got back in Tuesday when it fell back to normal levels. I would guess that at this point there are probably enough people in this at elevated levels (from quite a while back & from the spike) that this should be a fairly stable level (IMO) till news does come out.
