**Alan and All**
I just got off the phone with the CEO of DYES! A Mr. Singer. This company is AMAZING! He acknowledged to me that he has retained Wall Street West to be the PR firm, and an announcement will be made today. He also told me that he was approached by the TV show 20/20, to do an interview/show!!!!!!!! I'm going to start a discussion board. Thanks Alan!! I owe you one!

I would be very, very careful with DYES.

Used to be owned by Struthers Industries (SIIS), now suspended from trading and under investigation by the SEC and in bankruptcy proceedings in Tulsa court (updates posted now and then at:
tulsaworld.com ).

I'm not absolutely certain of my information, since everything is very vague with these companies, but here goes:

Struthers spun off DYES a while back as part of Struthers merger with Wincom, a development stage IVDS company. The DYES spin-off was supposed to generate money for Struthers/Wincom, but the money mysteriously never made it to Struthers/Wincom but instead seemed to head directly for the former President of Wincom and his family (Sean and Patrick O'Keefe, who are now somewhere in Canada and won't appear as summoned in the Tulsa bankruptcy proceedings).

If the court-appointed bankruptcy trustee discovers any major wrongdoings in the DYES giveaway, he may ask the court to block any kind of transaction with DYES until they figure out who owns what.

SI thread on SIIS has some info, also SIIS thread on Yahoo. Would recommend browsing before investing.
