There are three Canadian MM for IPMC as of a few weeks ago. Canacrap, Taurus and Latimer. Call a broker or the exchange and see. If you don't know how to contact a broker drop me a line for a recommendation.

Chatters, I'm convinced. You are more than just ignorant about Canadian trading. You would rather lie than admit you're wrong, a serious character fault. There is enough evidence here to demonstrate to all your ineptitude. I feel sorry for those that pay to listen to you. Hopefully they catch on to you sooner than latter, talk about a scam.
