Hi Fah,

i have a sneaking suspicion that you're basing your thoughts about
overvaluation on the old P/E model of valuation.
not so sure that that's a valid way of looking at things anymore.

if you consider the housing market, management's interest in
shareholders, interest rates, and the like, P/E doesn't tell half
the story, on this one, and a lot of other stocks.

...but even at that we're at $100 pre-split, by this time next year.
144 is more like it though.

just my thoughts.
